Fuel & Flourish Nutrition NI offers holistic life coaching that supports the whole person. My coaching blends mindset, lifestyle and nutrition to help you reduce stress, build confidence, set healthy boundaries, overcome people pleasing, and create habits that genuinely support long term wellbeing.
My name is Nadine and I am the founder of Fuel & Flourish Nutrition NI. I am a qualified nutritionist (RSPH Level 4) with a passion for whole person coaching, stress management and practical wellbeing. My approach is shaped by my own journey. I lost over five stone and learned to manage IBS and an autoimmune condition through nutrition, lifestyle changes and a shift in how I looked after myself. What became clear to me was that real transformation does not come from strict plans or willpower alone. It comes from understanding your patterns, supporting your mindset and learning to care for yourself in a more sustainable and compassionate way.
Nutrition is a key part of health, but it is only one piece of the puzzle. Many of the challenges people face with their wellbeing come from stress, boundaries, emotional load, burnout, lack of confidence or constantly putting others first. These patterns affect your energy, your choices and your relationship with yourself just as much as your diet does.
My work brings all of this together. I support you in understanding what your body needs, but also in understanding what you need as a person. Whether your goal is to improve your health, reclaim your energy, manage stress, break free from people pleasing or simply feel more in control of your life, your coaching plan is entirely tailored to you, your pace and your unique circumstances.

The Elite Wellness Plan is a three month personalised coaching and wellbeing programme designed to support deep, sustainable change. It integrates lifestyle coaching, stress management strategies, mindset support and intelligent, evidence based nutrition so that your wellbeing improves from every angle.
There is no one size fits all. Your plan is entirely bespoke and evolves with you.
